A Home Safety Assessment is a room-by-room review of your home carried out by a trained Child Safety Specialist. We look at how your family uses each space, your child’s age and stage of mobility, and the areas young children are most likely to reach as they crawl, climb and explore. Afterwards you receive a personalised Home Safety Plan setting out our recommendations.

Please allow around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the size and layout of your home. Larger villas, or homes with pools and outdoor areas, may take a little longer.

Following your visit we prepare your Home Safety Plan, which sets out the areas we recommend addressing, the proposed solutions and installation pricing. You review the plan, choose the recommendations you would like to proceed with and we schedule installation at a time that suits you.

Yes. We supply and install everything included in your approved Safety Plan, so you do not need to research or source products yourself. We are not tied to a single manufacturer, which allows us to select the most appropriate product for each application in your home.

Yes. We work across apartments, townhouses and villas throughout Dubai. Each property type presents different considerations — from balcony access in apartments to stairs, pools and gardens in villas — and our assessment is tailored accordingly.

Some products, such as safety gates at the top of stairs and furniture anti-tip anchors, are designed to be fixed securely to walls or furniture, and this is the method we recommend where safety depends on it. Where suitable, we also use pressure-fitted, adhesive and concealed solutions. The proposed fixing method for each item is explained in your Safety Plan before any work begins.

Yes. We work in rented homes as well as owned properties. Where possible we recommend solutions that minimise permanent alteration, and we will always discuss fixing methods with you first. We suggest checking your tenancy agreement or speaking with your landlord about any fixed installations.

Most products can be removed when they are no longer needed. Adhesive and pressure-fitted products typically leave little or no trace. Screw-fixed products leave small fixing holes that can usually be filled and touched up. We can advise on the least invasive suitable option for each area.

Yes. Where appropriate we favour concealed and low-visibility solutions, such as magnetic cabinet locks fitted inside the cabinetry and clear or colour-matched fittings. For visible installations such as gates, we aim for the cleanest possible finish. Safety and suitability always come first.

For gates and other visible products, custom colour matching and premium finishes may be available depending on the product selected. Available options and any additional cost are shown clearly in your Safety Plan.

Yes. Balconies are a key part of our assessment in apartments and townhouses. We look at door access, railing design and nearby furniture or planters that could be climbed, and recommend appropriate measures such as door restrictors and barrier solutions, alongside practical advice on how the space is used.

Yes, where applicable. For homes with a private pool we assess access to the pool area from the house and garden and recommend appropriate measures such as barriers, self-closing gates and door alarms, based on the layout of your home. Pool safety measures are one part of a wider approach that always includes adult supervision around water.

This depends on the number of items in your approved plan. Many installations are completed in a single visit of a few hours. Larger homes, or products with custom finishes, may require a further visit. We confirm the expected duration when scheduling your installation.

No. You are welcome to stay at home during installation. Our installers work cleanly and tidy up after themselves. We simply ask that young children are kept away from the immediate work area while tools are in use.

Wall construction in Dubai homes varies, from solid block to hollow partition walls and tiled or glazed surfaces. If our installer finds that a proposed fixing surface is not suitable, they will stop, explain the issue and discuss an alternative fixing, location or product with you before proceeding. We do not install in a way we are not confident in.

No home can be made completely risk-free, and professional babyproofing does not replace active adult supervision. Our role is to identify practical child-safety risks, recommend appropriate measures and professionally install the agreed safety products.

Complete home services include a complimentary 6-month safety recheck. We return to review how your child is developing, check the installed products and identify any new areas that may need attention as your home and routines change.
