Terms of Service

We provide Home Safety Assessments, personalised Home Safety Plans, the supply and professional installation of child-safety products, and recheck visits for complete home services.

The assessment fee shown on our website is payable for each Home Safety Assessment. Where you proceed with the recommended installation work, the assessment fee is credited towards that work as described on the booking page.

Installation pricing is set out in your Home Safety Plan. You choose which recommendations to proceed with; there is no obligation to accept all recommendations.

Products are installed according to manufacturer guidance using fixings appropriate to the surface. Where a surface is found to be unsuitable, we will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding.

Some installations require fixings into walls, furniture or cabinetry. We will explain the fixing method in your plan. If you rent your home, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required from your landlord.

No home can be made completely risk-free, and professional babyproofing does not replace active adult supervision. Our role is to identify practical child-safety risks, recommend appropriate measures and professionally install the agreed safety products.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another family.
